A horrible clutch of fixtures coming up, one I feel that the could have beens and should have beens recently will come back to bite us in the bum.
I won't be there, but just try and appreciate how good Bournemouth are, the football they play is on a different planet. I totally believe they'll stay where they are - if so will that be one of the greatest achievements of modern day football should they reach the PL?
I remember them coming to the DVS a few years ago at the start or their current cycle of evolution. They were absolutely different class that day and have continued to build ever since. A remarkable achievement especially considering the brief sojourn of Eddie Howe to Burnley.
As for the next 7 points (interesting target Ex) , I would agree its difficult; in fact we dont look likely to get anything from the next 8 games up until we play Millwall on the 28th February that one would expect some points.
Reality is that we had no right to expect wins over the last half a dozen games either, the outcomes of which I think have been probably about correct in terms of chances and overall play. We cant go on bemoaning apparently missed opportunities when the evidence points to the fact we aren't good enough to escape the relegation zone. To do that, we need a striker (you know, one who actually puts the ball in the net) and one that doesn't require our below championship team to put it on a plate.
My predictions were that November would see us beat Birmingham and Blackpool. We would lose to Forest and Wigan and then win against Hudders and Blackpool, Cardiff a draw in December.

I only got one right.
Manc 2 Burnley 0 at half time.
Manc 2 Burnley 2 at full time.
Could anyone have predicted that?
Exactly Heman! Predicting football matches is notoriously hard.
We probably all thought we would beat Brum and blackpool home and away and I fancied us to beat Forrest and draw at wigan.
Funny thing is that now the 'hype' of the new loan players has settled we dont look anymore likely to escape the relegation zone than when we played the old style
