Still Blackpool, Wigan and Millwall by a country mile. No danger.

Gap is now back to 6 points and inferior goal difference piles the pressure on 10 fold.

A must not lose game was decided by 2 wonderful free kicks by pennant and an inability to dominate at home with a cautions 4-5-1 with sammon particularly all at sea.

Wigan are really on form and have players we could only dream of courtesy of premiership money.

The future looks as bleak as anytime this season for the millers.

We now need to focus on our next opponents. Yes, we are looking over our shoulders. However, I think that Watford will beat Wigan next Tuesday night. We need to get at least one point at Forest.

As for next weekend. That game can wait. It's just a minor irritation.

After Wednesday night let's hope we still have a good cushion between us and Wigan.

Wigan fans were giving up the ghost on the Social media after the game, they are dreading playing Bolton at home on Saturday and couldnt see where another home win would come from in the remaining games.  All sounded good to Millers Fans biggrin

Week 39 comes and goes with the millers 6 points away from doom - not a great deal has changed over 3 months through all the drama - can they hold on for another 6 weeks?

I think another 6 points will see us safely home, then we can relax a bit. I am hoping that we go into the game with Leeds with nothing at stake. Relegation candidates still Blackpool, Millwall and Wigan for me.

 Correction week 38.

24 points left...I so wish we had better goal difference.

Now 7 to go but before that a 2 week break. A break to lament our woes as we throw away 3 points in the last few minutes to concede 2 at home.

Wigan on the other hand score in the last second of injury time to claim a point.

Fulham win.

The millers are now just 5 points clear of wigan with a worsening goal difference.

It's anybodies now

My worst nightmare would be to travel to Leeds for a must win game to stay in the Championship.

I'm always up for watching a Millers' game. I'm only hoping the players are going to start winning games  on the run-in to the end of this season.

We need the Players to pull together and perform for the full 90 mins (well more like 100 mins) These silly mistakes have been both plentiful and costly. We cant afford to switch off for a second or we will be punished, again.

We are in this together, Players, Management, Chairman and Fans we all stand together.

It's gonna be more than costly if we don't start winning games very soon. The reality is, in no particular order.

League One football next season.

A fairly depressing thought after watching some excellent football this season.

Just had a cuppa and after a quick look at the old Tea Leaves I can confirm that the three Teams for the drop will be;

Wigan

Millwall

Blackpool

Another dismal day for the millers. The gap is now just 4 points to Millwall and 5 to wigan.

With games running out its heating up and supporters are feeling the heat. Optimism is slowly turning to pessimism and there appears little hope of a winning run for the millers.

Millwall suddenly look in a good position with some mid table teams to play, mire home games and plenty of rest between games.
