Reflecting on the man u connection and the reference to shaking hands of the coaching staff after training reveals the gap in attitude between top individuals and the relationship to the club and it's employees that support excellence and individuals who need to work against those trying to support development.  Even the most talented individual will come unstuck and not get anywhere near fulfilling their potential without respect for self and others.

One reason for our recent success on and off the pitch is hugely supported by the professional image and behaviour that TS has established from the very beginning. Everything he does has that purposeful attention to detail backed by a motivating future and coexisting vision. This is the reason for the change in SE and the immense community and corporate evolution down at NYS. Shaking hands in gratitude and respect is a habit and micro behaviour that reflects excellence on and off the pitch.

Hopefully this will engender even more self reflection in the squad and allow others to up their game and estsblish a commitment to   personal development.  As SE said,  hopefully others see it and reflect...

It's clear that without self reflection and discipline an individual can't grow and a team can't evolve.

great interview when he speaks like this it does make you appreciate the control he has on the club. Still think jch and bowery deserve a chance whether evans or his coaching staff think so we need goals

Yeah good job Steve knows a thing or 2, as Scott had this control ethic, and I would say he's up there with one of the worst managers we've had! - it is good to see all the high 5s, and hand shaking etc. One of the things Steve is to be saluted for
