Interesting one this.

On Millers player there are a couple of snippets from fans interviewed outside ground on Saturday. Then there is an interview with Wotton, Brecks. SE and footage of Reece James, Tom Lawrence and Ledesma. All praising the idea of the loan signings and the style of play.

Are SE and TS now moving in to media management and can we expect him to buy The Sun newspaper any time soon!

TS and company had a meeting with Steve and it was 'agreed' that a change of style was needed and quick.

A big well done to everyone at the club for having the courage to bring about this change.
Supporters are making it hard for Steve at present...they criticised the long ball and now they question the wisdom of a dramatic change in philosophy a third into the season.

Neuro Linguistic Programming speak will tell us that if you continue making the same decisions then the outcomes are likely to be the same.

Change was needed and change we have...the better outcomes will follow...trust me!

A bold move by Steve but I believe it to be the correct one.

If we can get Paul Warne's fitness levels into a team of passers we should go up a few places in this division.

I like the shake up last week (apart from arnason) what I didn't like was our shape, particularly a lone striker with a big gap to midfield. I sure it's not what was in his mind but until we brought on Bowery that's how we played after the first 15 mins. Two up front for me please. Oh and a little width please santa
