Nicky is a product of the clubs youth policy & is a cracking young midfielder with a hell of a shot on him, just the sort of player SE should be trying to introduce into the first team.
Instead, Evans has farmed him off to such football hotbeds as Barrow, Wycombe (where he never played) & now Grimsby.
