A distorted view

Over the last few years the only view I have of the Millers is watching football league show, live games against Preston, Leyton Orient and Leeds. Now have I a distorted view? possibly rose tinted? Its some times really hard to comment after matches being so far away and a lot of opinion is gained from message boards.

So my limited view is that Pringles is very impressive runs all game and one of the best crossers of a ball I have seen in a Millers shirt.

Frecklington looks strong and talented.

Arnie looks angry and has some skill.

lately Colin looks to be getting better

Derbyshire looks short on confidence, but surely has some talent.

Revel works his socks off but is not a 20 gaol plus player.

Against Leeds I thought we looked ok esp in second half, maybe I am used to the bad old days, maybe I am just still giddy after the playoff. Maybe I might get a rude awakening when I come over next week. To be honest just sitting in NYS is going to be freaking awesome.

Meant goal not gaol, didn't want to confuse anyone esp with our neighbours Ched incident.

Absolutely, we had some stunning performances over the last 2 seasons. We have looked great at times and felt we had nothing to fear in either league.

We have had 2-3 great performances in the championship too! But, that is only a handful out of 18. The math points to one thing-we arent good enough in this league.

Pringle is a talent even at this level, but he is limited to the role of a specialist, and if he doesnt get the ball in the right area he is not very effective. He always gives 100% in the other areas, but it is not where he contributes to wins.

Freckling like Pringle-like the team.

Arnie is possibly the only player who would look good in another team at this level without prejudice.

Collin has been the stand out player so far.

Agree on MD and Revs.

Hope its a good performance for you.

It is a bit strange when you don't see the games it's always second hand perspectives that you get . I sometimes get up in the night and listen to Millers Player but it is not the same. I think Saturday wil lbe a big test and hopefully we can turn a corner.
