Would it be barmy to have Taylor alongside Revs

Just a thought and I admit, maybe a bad one. Taylor would be out of midfield but with his skills, might just feed off Revs and cause havoc within the 18 yds to 30 yds area.  At the moment he runs around players six times, falls over, shoots from too far out, refuses to pass the ball, tells Prings to leave when it comes to corners and free kicks.

Stick him upfront and he might just do all those things but in a packed 18 yard box cause havoc?

Slip in the new guy Emmanuel Ledesma on the RHS and perhaps we have another Agard?

Dunno, but I am getting a little worried about our one dimensional style ........... and lack of spirit

I think it's a good shout to be fair, takes the focus away from Revs and allows Frecks / Pringle to arrive in the box.  Taylor has his faults but the ball doesn't half stick to him and if he can just hold 3-5 seconds jinking around the box it throws us all sorts of other opportunities.

I reckon this is a great idea. I'm a fan of Taylor and I think his performance on Saturday was a one off bad one - along with most other players. The key thing would be ensuring we get the ball to Taylor's feet which would require a radical new approach as most of our forward moves require guidance from air traffic control.

2 players who could ensure the safety of the barn door. No.

This combined with football, not hoof ball could be a winner.  It could take the pressure off Revs and if we play passing attacking football (like we used to) then more goal scoring chances will be produced.

Id like to see the Millers play a 4 4 2 now with the lad ledesma on the right  giving us more balance and the chance for quality play down the right.  Another option would be to go with JCH and Bowery up front? I think this will eventually be our front two but Revs needs support to get the best from him or this pairing will be in place sooner rather than later.

Its frustrating seeing how we have performed compared to how we know we can play, Its a fine balance between attacking football and leaving ourselves open to the sucker punch. We do need to get the ball into the opposing sides last third, with passing not hoofing to produce the possesion and chances for our forwards.

The higher up the league you go the more important pace becomes-JCH and BOWERY up front for me or at a pinch Derbyshire.

Change of tactics required. Move Raynor into the Main Stand to get a better view of the game from above the field of play.

Raynor should have mobile phone contact with the bench, if that is allowed in the rules of the game.

Playing more of the ball to feet. Keep it on the deck. Less of the long high ball to Revell. Keep passes short. Work through the

midfield.

Play the ball wide to wingers. In short, less of the predictable play which we have witnessed in the past few games.

Otherwise we will get picked off by other teams who are prepared to be more patient and keep more possession of the ball.

Blackpool will have a game plan based on our predictable style of play. Blackpool will look magnificent by keeping it simple if we

don't change our style of play.

If we do lose we will then be looking at a real battle at the foot of the table.

Can't argue with than andy. Top call. Simple and effective observation.
