That was the most enjoyable England Game I can remember watching for some time...

It was really good to see the England Players silence the Scots Fans  biggrin

A really good performance, good Goals and the quote of the day from the Coms about the performance  being a  "Sobering experience" for the Scots biggrin

PS:  Stevie May came on and did nowt, im so glad we didnt pay over the odds for him biggrin

PPS:  I dont rate Sterling either, very overated in my mind hmm

I enjoyed most of the game, and I was so pleased that Rooney scored to shut the Scots fans up after they booed him every time he got the ball.   biggrin

Just shows that they can get themselves up for it if they want to.  The Euro qualifiers have been dire, because the opposition are even worse than Scotland mostly.  I like the way we harried and chased down off the ball, that was really refreshing to see & long may that continue.  Still not convinced Wiltshire should play the back of a diamond, but his ball for the first goal was right on the money.  Wellbeck is continuing to show he is dropped when Sturridge gets back, and dare I say it - we looked solid at the back for once!  Some of the players, I find it incredible they even get near international level, Downing & Milner show how poor our strength in depth is.
