Failure to prepare

Fail to prepare, prepare to fail. Derby had a good week under a new manager (our old one) to outline tactics / strategy / mentality. We’ve had a week under the club captain an experienced defender and a chap who was coming for a p!ss up in the corporate who ended up training the keepers. Tony Stewart runs this football club like a Sunday morning outfit and will set us back years if we aren’t careful.

I did hope that the team would go the extra mile today and take the points, if only to prove a point to the fans, but this being Rotherham united it was as most of us truly expected. I feel very disillusioned at the moment having lost our manager after such a good start, it's a time honoured tradition of the Millers. Right now I'm beginning to lose faith in the chairman

Hoping there’s positive news re Matt Taylor in the morning as if he turns us down also where’d we go from here?
Sorry to swear but this has been a bloody shambles from the start leaks to the media refusals to come after being offered job what is it money/lack of ambition/false promises remember Jackett Warnock also can’t believe TS runs his successful lighting business like this regards recruiting for me this has got Douglas mitts all over it 😡 isn’t he responsible for contracts etc I could be wide of the mark but his names cropped up before

Its too coincidental that once players and management are scouted by Rob Scott and it is then passed onto TS and Douglas that things fall to bits in terms of being gazumped and last minute u turns.

Matt Taylor signs in as Rotherham's new manager. Great news! Time now for a new beginning with new ideas. Welcome to NYS and hope for a long and rewarding tenure.

Evidently hasn't. Not yet anyway, seems there's a last minute hitch...........can only happen at RUFC.
