They all doubt me on here but who said a few days ago & last night we should go for Darren Moore.
That's why everyone on this board doubts you. You said we should go for Moore - we didn't - he's now at the Owls - what's your point other than confirming that you are wrong once again!!?? But correct that people doubt you!!
If DM has even thought about it he will no doubt bank the cash first , and second feel he has another club to manage even if it goes wrong at Hillsborough.
Sad but true.
Only the good supporters and a good chairman are loyal.
On that last point: note to self ; support is not an option.

Mark Robins....
We paid his wages, we gave him a job after for a while, we appointed him as manager... he bogged off to Coventry when money came ... just the same..
Marc Robins left us to go to Barnsley nobody rushing to pinch our present manager.
Sorry, of course he did... but my point was that Managers leave for money regardless of the previous support they've received from their fans or employers....
That's the point I keep trying to make managers players come and go fans are the backbone of a club.
Agreed, although we also need a good owner. Tony S had been fantastic for us, but for me, when we have been in the Championship, slightly too risk averse... but I'd rather that than us go bust again.
If we lose our next two games, as much as I like Warne, I'd throw the dice and go for a new manager to try to keep us up by doing the 'Warnock' affect. There is no guarantee it would work, but I'd rather try than just get too far adrift to have no chance to stay up.

Very surprised Gwru was going for Darren Moore as our next manager. This is a devout christian who is a good human being and likes his players to be likewise. He also has a relegation on his C.V. That relegation is harsh as he took over at W.B.A with them ten points adrift in April but it didn't stop the bile coming for Warne who had no chance of keeping us up in his first season. In his next season Moore was sacked in March with west Brom in fourth after being the favourites for promotion. His next move was to Donny who were doing well and had them in top six. However, the wheels appear to be coming off as Donny have lost four of their last five and only gained one point. I would take Warne over him every time.
I have always felt that a managers contract should have a clause that states if you lose X league games on the trot, the club has the option to ask you to leave with minimum pay out, basically you are not delivering and you are no different than the guy in the street, you do not deliver you are out of work. I think that number should be 6 others may think more than 6 but I do not want Warne to fail or to leave, but I am not seeing a lot in the last few games that says he can stop the poor results. If he was to be let go, for the rest of the season I would be tempted to let Richard Wood act as caretaker manager, I think we would see some fight and passion, not saying it would work but it is a lower cost option. If he kept us up then bring in an experienced coach to work with him if not then we bring in a new manager for the league 1 campaign. However I do not think that TS will sack warne. warne may decide to leave but he will not be sacked this campaign.
The Cowley brothers best I can come up with. Agree with Derby 6 consecutive defeats & out. Can anyone honestly see us getting anything at Hillsborough, I can't.
