Listening to PW he sounds like he is resolute in ringing the changes. To my mind this means a weakened team. Its likely to feature changes up front, in midfield and possibly at the back.

To start:

Ladapo and Hirst?

MacDonald?

Giles and McDonald?

Prediction

It will be the result of the season to come away with a point

If we going to have a weakened side let's see what Vickers can do. 3-5-1-1 Vickers; Ihiekwe A McDonald Robertson; Harding Wing Barlaser S McDonald Giles; Crooks; Ladapo

I'm confident that the professionals at the club, Warner, Barker and Warrington already know what he can do. I, and I'm sure everyone else, find the expert opinion of a retired steelworker who weren't much good at football, totally irrelevant

Might have said this before I've never ridden a horse but can pick winners out!

Side we are starting with I'm good with. A McDonald for Wood. Giles for Olosunde two changes.

                              Johansson
          A.MacDonald, Ihiekwe (C), Robertson,
Harding,        Wiles, Wing, Barlaser        Giles
                          Crooks, Smith.

SUBS - Blackman, Wood, Olosunde, Clarke, S.MacDonald, Jozefzoon, Sadlier, Ladapo, Hirst.

Good looking attacking side. Not sure it's our most secure defensive line-up though. Warne obviously going to give it a go.

I thought we might see Shaun McD given a chance in midfield, perhaps for Wiles, but he may well still be carrying a niggle?

our defence has looked awful today, we could have been 5 or 6 down at half-time very lucky to still be 1-0, Wing is looking a better player with each game, I would have given Wiles a rest and put S. Mac in to stop those little through balls in the last 3rd

Still in it at half time but it's been a hard watch. Could well be 5 down! Need to be better in possession but, having said that, Norwich never give us a second on the ball.

All is not lost though. C'mon you Reds!

Half time. There is no escaping the fact that Norwich's movement and passing is different class, but defensively we are all over the place. It is hard enough without giving them gifts. Angus is having a nightmare. We are causing them a few problems, but you can see them finishing the game with at least a couple more goals. Unlucky to have Robertsons header chalked off, but fortunate to be going in only one behind.

Straight after half time I'd bring Sadlier on Crooks. Ladapo for Smith. S McDonald for Wiles. What we got to lose! We should be out of this game. Couldn't see anything wrong with Robertson's goal.

He disallowed our goal for Barlaser grabbing Kruls arm for a fraction of a second. Youd get away with it none times out of ten. It didnt affect Krul in any way at all.

Bout time Cooper was given a chance. A McDonald dodgy to say the least. Wood can't play every game.

The first 50/50 ball we get chance we get to do it fairly someone needs to put Buendia in row z. Let's see of he can throw himself around and appeal from up there.

Similar to Bournemouth, although Norwich are a much better side than Bournemouth. Pukki's movement is outstanding. A very creditable performance in the second half, but just beyond us to get anything out of it. Ladapo had a positive impact. Johansson excellent yet again. No shame in losing 1-0 at Norwich but no points either. Big home games to come now.

Ihiekwe did just what I was hoping someone would do to Buendia. Go in hard but fair in a 50/50 challenge. It wasnt even a foul. The lad has incredible powers of recovery. He is an amazingly talented footballer, but there is just no need for the constant screaming, rolling around and begging for yellow cards every time anyone gets within a yard of him. Its shameful.

Sack Paul Warne. Get Willie Carson in as manager. He knows everything about horse racing, which is exactly the same as football

Pukki was as bad for rolling around for a finger on his face he did it 4 times, when the ref ignored the fourth time he ran 20 yards to the ref shouting and ranting, yet he deliberately swung his hand into Robertsons face, foul was given rightly but Roberston got up so no card.

I thought we can take great pride from todays game, 2nd half we played very well and Crooks should have scored it was a bad miss. However it is all about points and wins now, we have to get a few wins in the next 6 games playing well and losing is no good in the long run. Great to see Sadlier back on the pitch, it will take some time for him to get match fit but he is a talented young man. I loved seeing Victor giving our defence a rollocking I think he is the best keeper at the club.

With a bit of luck, we could have nicked something today. Wiles very unlucky. Freddie was really up for it when he came on. Unfortunately the same can't be said for Hirst or Flo Jo who, I'm afraid, add absolutely nothing. Sadlier looked fine but probably needs to shed a couple of pounds! Robertson my MoM with Johansson close behind. Get Vickers in for the Forest game!! wink

Better 2nd half. Same as the Bournemouth game we didn't take the one chance we created in that half falling to Crooks. Same as I said last game about Flo & Hirst. Next 3 games got to get max' points we can out them. Robertson good to see him fit again, he's at home at this level. Sadlier a better option, will be when he's up to match speed.
