Brad, i believe we can buy a now tv day sports pass for a similar price to ifollow if you want to see the game without paying the full contract subscription. I have a similar sky sports stance to you but i’d rather watch the game.

Yes you can DKNY, it's £9.98 for a day pass or £33.99 for a one month pass.

I am a big fan of sky got sports and movies my choice. Where would we be without tv money this season still trying to get some money from prem league bit like Oliver Twist asking for more believe that when I see it. Remember we should get an extra payment with it being sky's main match which will be welcome.

The 'Bees' are a club i admire and many a top player have left the club in the past few years for big money. Andre Gray left them a few years ago for £6m, John Egan joined Sheff Utd for a reported £4m, Chris Mepham left them for £12m to join Bournemouth,Neil Maupay joined Brighton for around £20m and Olly Watkins went to Villa for £28m. This season Benrahma has gone to West Ham on loan(£3.5m estimated) with a view to signing him at the end of the season. I am sure i have missed others out and i will add Josefzoon who left the 'Bees' for 2.8m. What a production line they have for developing talent. The manager Thomas Frank is a Dane who has been at the club for four years but manged them in the last two. He has kept the style and the 4.3.3 formation they have used for a while now.

Brentford currently sit seventh in our league. They have only scored four goals in their last six games (two in last) and i think it is fair to say they are not in blistering form at the moment. They signed the quick and skillful Fosu Henry from Oxford and Frenchman Bryan Mbuemo last season, both wide men. . They also added Mathias Jensen a solid midfielder. However, the major most recent signing is the prolific scoring Ivan Toney. This is a young player (24) who is coming to his peak. He started out at Northampton and moved as a teenager to Newcastle. He was loaned out to several clubs, ( Barnsley, Scunny twice, Shrewsbury and Wigan). He was then signed by Peterborough where he started to show he was coming of age. He scored 40 goals in 76 league appearances there(24 goals from 32 last season) and moved to Brentford this season for around £6m which could go up to £10m. This could prove a bargain as he has scored 12 in his first 14 league games for the 'Bees'. Imo he is the best striker in this league. Flamboyant, sulky, dangerous and if we give him any room expect the net to bulge. I really think we will miss Ihiekwe tomorrow as i believe he is the only one at our club with the speed and quickness of thought to stop Toney. We will see if Warne goes for the 3.5.2 set up tomorrow. If we do i fear the worst. This is a team who will cut you in two if they are given room, especially Toney, Fosu Henry and Mbeumo.

Toney is a classic example of talent being developed in lower divisions. Something i hope Kayode and Cooper do plus others in the future.

Whiston/Smiler - for two of the more informed members of this Board, I'm surprised you have mentioned the most significant player to have left Brentford recently - Chieo Ogbene!! What a pity he's not in our line up to face his old team tomorrow night.

If Brentford have two speedy wingers, I do fear us playing 3-5-2, as Joe Mattock is not blessed with speed and it could be our undoing - similar to the QPR game. However, I'm sure Warney will have done his homework and I'm sure the boys will be feeling confident after their showing against Bournemouth at the weekend.

I miss Cheo. I miss his speed and his infectious enthusiasm. We can stop Toney by assigning Mattock to mark him. We might have to play 85 minutes with ten men, but it might stop Toney getting on the scoresheet! Toney is a truly excellent player, but get ready for lots of falling over and whingeing. Let's hope he enjoys his trip to the NYS about as much as his last one. It's a tough, tough game for us. Just because 352 worked on Saturday doesnt mean it will work every week. I just hope for another performance full of commitment and let's see what happens.

I don't mind losing to a good side such as Brentford, but thank God we don't have to listen to Sky commentary every week. What a bias couple of complete wan..rs! I'm sure one of them must be bedding Ivan Toney!!

How many times are we going to wheel Wood on, their 1st goal twice he could have done better. Subs can't work it out back to wingers who aren't good enough. Up to their 1st goal we played well enough.

Agree Glenn. The whole programme was based around how good Brentford were and how we were trying to spoil it for them. Brentford are excellent. We did all we could but the better side won. No complaints about that. I hope Toney gets the help he obviously needs with his inner ear problem. Their left back was all class.

You live on a different planet gwru. Their first goal was a result of two sloppy pieces of play from Mattock. Two wingers were brought on because our wingbacks were knackered. What would you have done? Brought on two CBs?!! Just accept that we were beaten by a better team but Rotherham put in a great performance. No point trying to constantly blame the manager - however frustrated you are.

Wood couldn't really have done much better for the first goal in my opinion gwru, It was Harding who lost his man and Wood did well to make up as much ground on him as he did.

No complaints about the result or the performance from me, we did well for long periods but we just got beaten by a very very good side, it will happen in this division.

There isnt always someone to blame. We did what we could. We gave a good account of ourselves but it wasnt enough. We kept trying even when two down and a man down. Heads didnt drop. Nobody's fault. Not much else to say.

I'm not knocking the performance. All I saw for their 1st goal Wood a weak clearance & then ball going through his legs on way to the net. Fit wingers we've got now not good enough they'll take us down. Clarke should have come on for Mattock.

we need to keep that formation in this league that will keep us in games longer and that is important because a two winger formation will make us lose a lot of games, some very good teams in this league. Coventry is a MUST NOT LOSE game as they will be bottom 6 with us.
We played well again at the end of the day their first goal came from a double Mattock mistake, first he let the guy get behind him, then when he had time to clear it, his clearance was weak and their guy whipped in a great cross, Smith should have done better there as well. 2nd goal purely came from us chasing the game. Yes Toney is a good player but he soon realised all he had to do was go to ground and the ref gave them every free kick when one of theirs fell over. Lindsay was outstanding again as was Harding.
Vassell came on to make us play with ten men, the sending off sent us to 9, what they see in that bloke is beyond me, he gives more fouls away when he has the ball than Smith and that is saying something.
We are showing some heart and fight but the quality is just not there, I think we have to hope we can get enough points to not be embarrassed at the end of the season

Quality counted in the end. Not downhearted as we've just played two of the top five teams in the league. Coventry on Saturday will be an acid test of our chances. Anybody else hate the Championship?
