Coventry on Tuesday

They have lost once at home this season and are in a great run of form just as we are. We have a bit in hand on everyone but them so a defeat wouldn't be the end of the world. A draw would be very good. Personally I think we can win it. We have nothing to fear and have won other big away games this season. Coventry won't be relishing playing us. We need to go there and be brave and do what we do best - go to win it and press them like we did at our place. If they handle it and beat us fair play to them. The winner on Tuesday isnt guaranteed to finish above the other side come the season end, so it isnt must win or mustn't lose either way. As the home side (kind of) they are the team under the greater pressure to win it. Sunderland play Fleetwood on Tuesday too, so there will be points dropped elsewhere. All good stuff.

Want to win. Can. Need to start right. Battlers we need. Lindsay game for him not Ladapo to start. Impressed with Joey Barton his interview on quest last night. He'll go higher.

Gwru doesn't like Warnes style Len and will never give him more than the minimum amount of credit he reluctantly has to give him. Not his kind of manager. If Warne wins it always because the league is/opposition are crap. Gwru prefers big old school personalities of statutory bad character. It must be killing him that a good human being is also getting results.

Top of the league. Exciting times. A thread about Tuesday night with a big game on. Six posts in and gwru is praising somebody else's manager out of context, criticising ours, using the same old lame lazy accusations to get a rise and has moved on to horse racing. Can we get him off the site or is it just part and parcel of being on here that one or two spoilers will be allowed to ruin it for the few decent posters who havent given up already?

Interesting stat - gwru's reaction time from Vaulks scoring for Cardiff against Huddersfield to posting on this site - 7 minutes. Gwru's reaction time following Millers' fabulous victory at Accrington - 1hr 40mins and it wasn't even an upbeat post! I know stats can be misleading, but in this instance, I reckon there's something in it?

I agree Smiler; I fancy us to win at St Andrews on Tuesday. Mark Robins' men won't be relishing the prospect of us coming to town. Every time we come up against tricky opposition or difficult conditions, PW's men always manage to come good and I see no reason why the same can't be the case on Tuesday.

Smiler you might like it but I am afraid certain people on this site do not always agree with your views. I have worked it out I have watched the millers it could be nearly 2,000 games boy and man. I suspect gwru is the same just because you disagree with someone and want them banned is a bit pathetic..

Cheltenham waste of time trying to explain on these sites. Stick to your tea boys. I'm not. Watching snooker shoot-out later. As Ronnie says it's like watching T20 cricket.

THMiller I dont mind anyone disagreeing with me. In fact it makes for a better site if there are differences of opinion. Here you go again with your claims to be the most loyal supporter in South Yorkshire based on number of games seen. Done deliberately because you know it riles people. It's a thread about our game on Tuesday and the two of you have dragged it down to the usual dross within ten posts. The fact is that this site would be million times better off without you and your gob****e mate. Not because you hold certain views on football related matters, but because you are ruining what was once a good site. And doing it deliberately. It is that simple.

How many games did you attended at the the Don Valley I went to them all. The one thing I have never asked for on this site is to have anyone banned. You seem to me to me to have a very narrow view about things anyone who thinks differently ban them. Cheer up we are top of the league.

Wow nearly 2000 games! Don’t know your ages but if correct that works out at an average of 33 games every year for 60 years! So you must have seen like me all the managers from Tom Johnston and Danny Williams through the highs of Jack Mansell, Ian Porterfield, Ronnie Moore, Steve Evans and others through the depths of despair provided by George Kerr, Danny Bergara, Andy Scott, Alan Stubbs etc! How then you can’t genuinely appreciate and celebrate the positives that Paul Warne brings to our club and team beggars belief! Equally if not deliberately on a wind up you must see that there is a general consensus that constant negativity and tedious repetition is turning people from this forum and we will be left with just two slapping each other on the back! With respect to the current situation and status we know that on Tuesday evening whichever team goes out to face Coventry they will play with passion and determination to reward the army of fans with a performance that so many past Millers managers could only dream about! Nice post Amiller. It's the grinding negativity which baffles me; particularly when we sit on top of the league. Perhaps it's a personality trait and a need to be contrary and pessimistic - there are certainly a few of those who sit in the west stand!

They've certainly mastered the art of avoiding a direct question and changing direction whenever the subject becomes uncomfortable.

Apologies to Smiler for going off topic - perhaps we need a new topic - 'TH and gwru - discuss'.
