Nothing strange for me. Been around the first team squad a few years now and never made an impression.

Good luck to him.

We've played half a dozen people out of position rather than give him a go. Its apparent that the coaching staff dont think he has what it takes to play at this level, and he isnt a kid any more. Ita good that we have released him to help him get fixed up. I am sure everybody wishes the lad nothing but the best of luck. Here's hoping he can still have a good career in football if that is what he wants.

Best wishes to Akeem, but as Smiler says we have played several players out of position rather than give him a go. Tonight we saw what Mattock is all about. Combative, strong, getting forward, giving the Ipswich attacker nothing and taking one for the team when he had to. All the eleven did us proud tonight.

Wish Akeem well. It's said he's got a chance to play in Sweden. Hope it works out for him.

Wish the lad well not one of those to progress to the first team.

Clarke has to step up and challenge mattock for his place now

Hillsborough Clarke he's like Taylor lack of height his drawback. Can you imagine him at left back he wouldn't cope against a decent side in the air.

Hinds never got a chance with us when Mattock? Hope Akeem does the business. One of my boys!

All is not well at Lincoln. They have got rid of some of their better players like Akinde and Toffolo and are bringing in players like (no disrespect) Hinds to replace them. They had their top scorer Tyler Walker recalled by Forest today and just announced a £2m plus loss for their promotion from league 2 season.

They’ve been on a good run but maybe the realisation ha**** home of how much players cost the more you go up the leagues. A bit like us in the championship.

Maybe so. Lincoln were a well resourced club in League 2. There is no argument that those highly rated Cowley brothers did a good job getting them into the EFL and into League One but they had a lot of support doing it. The question for Lincoln is whether they can sustainably push beyond that, and it remains to be seen whether the Cowley brothers have the skills needed to get Huddersfield towards the top end of the Championship in a league in which they should be competitive but are a long way from the biggest fish in the pond.

Back on topic, Hinds has a deal until the end of the season. They have sold their first choice left back Toffolo. It looks like he is there as short-term cover with a chance to impress.
