As I said before the Lincoln match we would lose looks as if our manager has had a revelation. A winger which looks as if it is going to happen and another before the transfer window shuts. 433 is dead in the water all of you blindly following our leader have now got egg on there faces ( make mine scrambled ). He had to change that system even a knucklehead like me could see that. It is only my opinion but Lincoln did us a massive favour when the beat us I will give warney some credit for realising he has got to change things and trying to do something about it.

3 up front you may as well not play Smith & Ladapo. Not in the game. Warney he's saying how well Vasssell is playing. He weren't in the game against Lincoin that's all I can go on. It could come but at the moment there's no end product from him.

TH - Epithany is a Christian Festival which generally celebrates the arrival of the Three Wise Men - Smith, Lapado and Vassell. How can a system, which has delivered 2 away wins and an EFL first round win possibly be dead in the water? Bringing in a winger, or two, is a smart move which will allow PW more flexibility in deciding which formation to adopt against certain teams and at certain times in games. It definitely doesn't mean Warne won't use 4-3-3 again.

BTW - the word you probably meant to use is Epiphany - a revelation, which is something you might have when you realise that the blind followers on this site are usually less wrong than you!

I have had a revelation I can't spell for toffee you will have to live with it I am not a walking dictionary. I am correct in what has happened at the start of this season our manager is making changes. What is he going to do with these 2 wingers he is trying to sign are they making the green tea for half time.

Spot on Glenn, exactly as i see it. I really do wish some of our supporters would stop trying to get at Warne at every opportunity. Get behind him instead.

Warney get it right then. He didn't get it right against Lincoln. Things went for him at Burton. See who we get in to change it.

The interesting thing is we signed nobody this week. Warne wanted 3 ideally and we have been very close to signing a CB since last thursday and nothing has happened. It is bank holiday weekend so we have less than 1 week to get those players over the line.

It's disappointing Whiston and it's irritating that the usual suspects regurgitate the same dogmatic opinion regardless of the thread OP. Anyone who has a different opinion or disagrees is either blind or doesn't understand - according to them. I'm all for people having different opinions - just have a look at the 'Mattock' thread for a healthy debate amongst Banterers with differing viewpoints.

Football social media sites are just like sitting at a game. There's always someone who knows better than everyone else and it's usually the person with the loudest voice!

Should we be in the situation were we are playing Sheff W with only 3 central defenders when one of them Wood is only playing from memory. No wide men.

Your obsession becomes increasingly disturbing as every day goes by. I can imagine you stalking him, but I doubt that you would hang around for too long if he wanted a word. And just to remind you, Richard Wood (Rotherham United) Back to his forceful and belligerent best, with his defensive organisation and relish for the battle being a sight to behold at Burton.

Our manager is a very well paid employee compared to what most of us earn we all contribute in some small way to that. So as far as I am concerned any criticism he gets is part of the job. Steve Evans was a ĺot better manager just look at his record over the same length of time. Now if some of you can't work that one out I pity yòu.

I am happy to contribute my small amount of money to Paul Warnes salary. Criticism is ok but constant character assassination is out of order.

TC why would I stalk Warney? I'm still alive. Agree with TH I wouldn't want him back but Evans kept us in the championship + wouldn't play Wood. We are. Pick the bones out of that.

I wasn't talking about you stalking "Warney". I was talking about you stalking "Woody".

What is a mystery to me is why football supporters think that they know more about managing a team than a former profeasional player turned qualified coach. I can't think of any other profession in which this happens. Having an opinion is one thing,. Being utterly convinced that as a layman you always know more than someone way more qualified and experienced than you are is (if you think about it) an absurd delusion. Some might say idiotic. Have an opinion, fine. But express it as a humble opinion, not as an 'I know best and I'm more right than wrong and the manager knows nothing if he doesn't think the same as me' assertion over and over again. That way madness lies.

Why can't we get any players in? Cause players aren't idiots. They'll read through Warney & this good human being b*ll*cks. My opinion. If I'm proved wrong I'm proved wrong.

It is worrying that we have a squad of players who cannot see through the good human being B. Let’s put them all up for sale re appoint Steve Evans and everything is fit to go.

TC who wants to stalk Woody! be more fun stalking Stubbs! smiler I'm not going to bore you with my work history but I'm trained to think on my feet. Gambling taught me that as well. You've got react or you are gone. It's too easy now. Warney got a 2nd chance at the championship & failed but he's still here. Failure is failure but not at Roth U it seems.

You clearly are ahead of the pack. People will have to get up early to catch you out.
