Wiles was training at Roundwood and was still there at 13.30 when i left. Don't believe what you read on twitter. It's mainly bo****ks. So was Smith who is another that Twitter believe is on his way !!

Wiles would say on potential wouldn't sell him for less than £10 million but don't think whose got the final say on values of Roth U players think like me. Official Vyner gone to Aberdeen. He put a shift in for us but was lacking.

Problem we've got Warney will not drop certain players so if all fit even though Wiles is our best midfielder he probably won't get selected.

Your vast knowledge of the game, based on "go to home games mean all" and "don't go to away games cos I go to cos go to watch football" is legendary. What gives you the idea that you are some sort of superscout, while you admit that you "weren't much good at football".

There would be two ways to look at it really. Either Warne and the management team get credit for handling Wiles beautifully and helping a promising player turn into someone now being linked with big moves. Alternatively, blame Warne for not playing Wiles every week and ignore the bigger picture. Personally I think Wiles is in safe hands and will play and contribute whether he starts or not.

Wiles is still young and developing - he will learn from the established guys in the team and I'm sure PW will make him a regular once he's happy that he is ready. I think its fair to say he has a lot of potential but he's still relatively unproven and this season should see him come to the fore after he's had a few runs in the team - and with the way we pick up injuries he won't be waiting long for that.

Spot on NY. Wiles is in a good place where he could start and no doubt do well (personally I am happy whether he starts on Saturday or not) but we have other good options so don't need to force things. His opportunities will definitely come, whether this weekend or not. All credit to the player himself and to the staff for the way they have handled him.
