I've heard it said often that we've got a young team. I think its a bit of a myth. A couple of our loan players (eg Rodak and Vyner) are quite young, but what about the regular players who we own? They aren't an old bunch, but I don't think we have a regular starter who is our player and who is younger than 25 years old. None of our starters began their careers with us.  Norwich today had two or three genuinely young players who they have confidence in. In fact most other teams seem to have them. Why aren't we capable of producing any?
