Warne wants another one, so who will he get? Don't want Lavery Toney Taylor. Jackson is never worth £1M. Bogle will cost abit, what has he done? no. Kieffer Moore we won't pay what he's worth. Bradshaw sounds a no go. Stockly untried another no. Doidge seen quite abit of him on what was CH5 highlights not unimpressed. At £500k out of those strikers were we don't look outpriced out of making a move is the one I'd go for.

Just been pointed out I have missed 2 from the list. Wyke - Warnes does not like him available at £750k - Warnes chances of getting him 0/10 Marquis - Perhaps the most interesting of the lot as I believe he has the pedigree to play higher, stock fell last season but Rovers were poor. Donny board would snatch your hand off for £500k - Warnes chance of getting him 9/10

We'll be packing the squad with more midfielders than strikers.

We want a real striker. Doidge or Marquis either would do. If Jackson is worth £1m how much is Vaulks worth? What he does aside from football apart from his ability as a player somebody tell me. Extend Vaulks contract, you do the maths.

well if tony wants championship then he needs to buy championship potential

because it just shows how far behind we are. and could slip further if we keep bargain basement shopping If Brentford can spend 1.8 million on a player this is a club that has same ground capacity and fan base as us

so far we have got 2 on loan and 3 players on a free

Wyke would consider him. Good age. Not a bad goalscoring record. £750,000 that's going price for a player who could keep us up.

Keifer Moore for me every time - likes us and can play for Warne. Even with KM i think we need to be realistic and agree that 4th from bottom is our target and not 4th from the top in spite of what TS might say. Didnt expect us to splash the cash and we haven't. I dont care what league we are in as long as we are competing - year before last was bloody awful for spectators.

An update to what I wrote yesterday as I have just been made aware of another striker who is available that I know Warne has looked at in the past and might be within our budget. Devante Cole - now of Wigan but apparently available as he does not see eye to eye with the manager. Available for around £600k wages may be an issue -Warnes chances 6/10

HensonsPRman. Here you are again . Absolute crap you post pretending you are in the know. Hence you were laughed at on Millersmad , and, for Gods sake grow up. I am a journalist and really what you post, pretending you have contacts is laughable. Advice, Get a life pal. IE, come and work in a proper press office.

Don't be vicious. Your come across as a smart-ass. I try to make my point but it's only based on what I see & my initial thoughts on players. HensonsPRman gave us some names there who a few I wouldn't mind at our club.

I'm no multi. I only take notice of people I rate so what you say doesn't register with me. I like HensonsPRman's posts. He's giving options of Strikers who could be available to us. I'd like Kieffer Moore back but wouldn't pay more than Barnsley paid for him. After that Doidge, then Marquis.

All posts seem interesting as one can check out the sources and reflect for oneself. I did like Exeter s rather creative and resourceful but alas fanciful idea of JT. One could convince oneself he'd be a right goer in the box but on the other hand he does miss an awful lot Happy with Warne and his ability to get the best from our budget at present. As it stands we may have to start perceiving our squad of last season as one that still has tremendous potential to improve...
