Or will we have to go with what we've got?
Only kidding. I reckon it'll be much sooner. The target players will probably be available for us some time during the last two weeks in June due to team building sessions and training taking place before we engage in any planned pre-season friendlies. We then need to hit the ground running when we face our first opponents in the Championship.
We'll want most of the signings in time to report back for training end of June. Don't know what's planned pre-season Austria? but it sure worked last season. We didn't lack for fitness at Wembley in contrast to Shrewsbury who were flagging the longer the game went on.
Question ; So when will we expect the new players to arrive?
My question ; How will the new players arrive?
With or without an entourage? Driving a family car? Or rolling up outside the NYS inside a humungous top of the range pimped up 4x4 with a gas guzzling engine similar to that of a Bugatti Veyron?
I reckon it says a lot about a person. We need get along individuals who are willing to help our campaign in the Championship and hit the ground running with the Millers.
The new boys may arrive gift wrapped by first class post, but judging from the current state of the Post Office they may be mis delivered to , err...Barnsley, or maybe Hillsborough. Now would't that give Bornamiller something to get his teeth into!!
I hope they don't try to catch a train either. The rail companies are in all kinds of trouble. Apparently they are short of drivers not to mention the issue with the train guards. I blame Lord Beeching and his cuts. Sounds like the name of a band. As for HS2 they can direct that up into their own backyards where the sun has set. HS2 is a waste of taxpayers' money. The company tasked with building this infernal railway has put out a statement alleging that support is growing for the project. Yeah, like we all want lengths of steel carrying track running through our housing estates and countryside.
Oops, gone off topic there. Sorry, ladies and gents.
