I have to have a plate of beans on toast with a large cup of tea. I wear a pair of red and white striped socks. I also have my head clean shaved. It doesn't mean we'll win but I feel much better for it.
Anyone else have any superstitions or carry out any rituals before a big game?

I don't wear replica shirts ever, but for some reason bought and wore a replica of our grey away shirt and wore it at Wembley for the Orient game. That is the one and only time it has ever been worn, but it will definitely be getting another outing should we be playing Shrewsbury in a few days time.
Just a pre match 5h-t and a very thorough warm up - as a player....
As a supporter.....always enter same turnstile and in the same way....
I used to empty my bowels before a race as a 10k/marathon runner. I felt psychologically lighter. There is only one way to enter the turnstiles lol. Sideways and facing the bar code scanner. Unless of course you dress as a clown whilst holding a balloon. Now that would be a special way to go through the turnstiles.

It would be awesome to give all our replica shirts a run out at Wembley. I wore one of my red and white shirts the last time we were in London.
I have had actual rituals with shirts and particularly with hats . If the hat wasnt just above my brow (many tilts and pulls throughout a game) then all manner of calamities could happen on the pitch.
My life is so busy I dont get the time to think about it too much.I will be driving straight from work at 6pm (warwickshire) , chucking the kids through the door and making sure the Mrs is home (r u there luv?!) before a swift exit.
Its better than way to be honest. But, now Im reminded Ill get the hat out and put it in the car for the morning.
Not sure whether to wear woolly bobble hat or baseball cap on Wednesday evening. Weather forecasters reckon temperatures are going to take a tumble overnight.
My youngest daughter is going tonight. She doesn't go to many games because of other commitments on a Saturday and midweek is a bit late for her. Remarkably she has never seen us lose over something like 20 to 25 games spanning four or five seasons. Even last season the three or four matches she went to we managed to avoid defeat which was either very coincidental or she is an amazingly lucky charm.
I'm not going to eat any more beans before the final tomorrow. I love 'em to bits but the butterflies and beans don't mix. Well, it wouldn't be fair to the people sat next to me.
UTM!
