in news today, current owners owe £27M, £2M+ losses in the year despite promotion.

This is surely a matter of when the timebomb goes off, and in their current plight, who would take it on?

I feel sorry for the team and the fans, we've been there and it's horrible.

I wish the fans well, and hope it ends up with them still in the EFL.

Back in the day THEY had the courtesy to wear masks.....it's fraud these days but strangely you owe £50 and they hound you - millions of pounds go estray and they don't even bother to look in the boot of their Rolls.

Good luck to them except at our promotion party at the end of the season.

Such a shame. That club has such a great history but has been in the spotlight for lots of bad reasons recently. Ownership disputes, fan boycotts, legal actions flying around, lots of bad publicity etc. All very regrettable whatever the rights and wrongs behind the scenes, and not so long ago they were living the dream in the Premier League. Now that is (forgive the pun) a rollercoaster ride. I wonder what Jimmy Armfield really thought of it all.
