gwru as you all know & T71 are one of the same. No reason given. Most of the posters on there are fine. Just a few think they own the site. Don't like me cause I don't like just good enough. I want best we can be for our club. MM posters who think I've been harshly treated you are welcome to join me on MB.

Hope I'm ok on here. I give my views how I see it. I will change my mind during a season cause players how they play dictate views I send. Will post on here solely in the future.

Gwru Why have you been banned ? Having read some of the posts a lot on there think your on a wind up? Have to be honest and say some of your views do seem let’s just say controversie seeking if that makes sense?

No idea why I've been banned. Not on a wind up or attention seeking. Just have views about the players a lot don't see. I was the best horseracing tipster they'd ever had cause I look at progressive horses same as I look at Rotherham United players.

Banning guys on a football forum is madness. There are many views on football but on MM THERE are cliques that get away with murder and Frog particularly is personal friends with some of the worst posters. One rule for one ( mates ) and one rule for others.

To be fair I've read MM over the years and thought the average age is young pups spouting rubbish - but generally speaking the quality of posts is better on here.

Knowing how the mods operate i'd be amazed if you were banned to be honest, it's more likely you've done summat with your account and froze yersen out...
Let's be frank about it, you're either a bullshytter on a wind up, or you're somewhat of an unknowledgeable and consistently wrong wannabe manager...
As for you being the best tipster, well, kind of sums you up that statement...

Anyway, whatever has happened has haapened, don't sweat about it, it will all come good in the end...

I read MM regularly. There seem to be plenty of posters on there who are generally good posters and decent people. There is however a minority who in my opinion spoil the site, or at least put me off posting on there, because they have some pretty extreme and intolerant views on non-football matters. All too many threads quickly degenerate into personal abuse. Some of that is encouraged by certain posters who may or may not be multi posters and who throw bait out regularly. It is a shame because no doubt there are some good posters on Mad who are better than that.

My only other comment is that whilst GWRU might have antagonised one or two people with some fairly repetitive and (to many) odd opinions, there was never anything abusive or offensive about his or her posts. Others seem to have posted far more offensively without sanction.  But it is up to them how they moderate that site.

I also read MM frequently - any source of info about the Millers is fine by me. GWRU/T71's posts on MM have contained interesting, if not widely held views about players and management, which is fine. However, the repeating of the same message and the constant use of the same rhetoric on other threads has been frustrating and destructive, leading to most threads discussing GWRU rather than the topic of the OP! The only posters who have indulged in similar behaviour on this site (I do hope that T71 isn't TTB in disguise) have thankfully disappeared, mainly because it's difficult to be provocative and attention seeking whilst the team is doing so well! So, a cautious welcome to T71 but please respect the standards to which this board works.

No one has ever been banned from here. It's a higher class of poster, I banned myself from millers mad because it was a point scoring site.

I got banned from millers Facebook site because Derbymiller got banned by an overzealous drunken mod for criticising Warne and I asked the mod why. He went on one and banned me.

The culture on this side is to debate hard and fair but no wind ups.

Never had to ban anyone & that's really down to the excellent respect that is shown on here. OK there have been a couple times I've had to prompt reminders or remove a couple of things, but I've said why.

I realise opinions can vary greatly and sometimes can get pretty passionate, but that's what a board is for, and for the 99.99% most part people respect that.

Wish the Russian / Nigerian scammers would do one though - they drive me nuts keeping them out!

Gwru/T71 was a much maligned individual on MM.  One poster actually called him a w*nker.  Shocking way to treat a top tipster and all round great bloke.  MM's loss is undoubtedly our gain.confuse
