After what I thought was a good performance all round yesterday I couldn't believe how the ground started to empty after second goal we went two up not two down , it wasn't just odd one or two it was a b****g tide of people ,we are on a good run the team are playing well at least stay untill final whistle and show some appreciation.
I am going to go out on a limb here and say that generally speaking our home support is poor. The numbers have held up pretty well, but on the whole we are a pretty quiet crowd, quick to turn when things aren't going well and not very appreciative when they are.
Whether that is unique to us or whether it is a common feature of modern football (and reflective of modern society) I am not sure.
Maybe some supporters leave early cos they are getting fed up with our unbeaten run and entertaining football. Either that or their tea's going to be in the dog if they're not home soon.
