Not sure about that - Rotherham will be a shock being in London for so long. Does seem like another Blackstock, has it somewhere but refuses for whatever reason to make the most of it. Plan B for no KM ?

Only 27, but yet to consistently deliver on the back of an undoubted talent.

JCH Mark 2, but 3 or 4 years further down the line.

It would be a gamble, and it's a no from me.

Why do this when Moore is available. Unless we are brassic. If we are then where's the money gone?

Is it true (as someone told me at Monday's match) that our recruitment manager works from home in Salisbury !? If Emmanuel Thomas is the best he can find I'm not filled with optimism !

It appears that the plot is thinning and all is beginning to unravel down at NYS regarding the recruitment policy and the peanuts that are about to be paid for journeymen. It doesn't bode well for the future. It also does not and will never attract new business or sell season tickets. As someone has already asked, 'Where's the money gone?'

apparently we are signing a blades defender on loan name unknown hasn't played but is one of theirs for the future..again why are we getting other team players on loans and giving them game time when we should be doing it to our own players i for one would have liked to see dom ball and onarise play in league one then we could see for ourselves

I think we would have been in the running (if not favourite) with most L1 clubs but, I can't knock anyone for trying to play at the highest level on offer.

Thanks Keifer and good luck, NEXT!

Have we witnessed one of the footballing stars of the future grace the pitch at NYS? I think so. Thank you for keeping us in the top half of the league table, Kieffer and good luck for the future.

Now, TS what plans have you got in mind to bolster our current squad?

Once a Miller, it's always a thriller.

UTM!

poor move for him, a championship side fighting relegation, if he doesn't hit it off at that level will take a lot to recover from that. We were never going to get him, so the question now is who do we have lined up, we have had months to prepare our Jan strategy to have players lined up to sign, here and on the continent, we have dedicated people at the club whose job it is to identify and bring in talent

mmmmmmmm let us see

i must admit that the pr machine has been quiet so far apart from warne stating an intent to bid for moore

they are quiet on other targets

positive they have learned from announcing their targets

negative apart from moore it will be loans

Seems obvious to me that we cannot afford the best players or the second best players so we have the third best players.

Given that we are Rotherham United and not Chelsea I personally can accept that.

What I don't like is being told otherwise, then behind closed doors there is no money. Just tell us the truth please.

I think we are in the mix for moore. I think playing regulary not a squad player will in moores faults which gives us a big chance All depends if the likes of barnsley or birmingham come.in for.him.

But again that shows our lack of ambition... Barnsley are getting similar home crowds to we did in the Championship, there is no reason we should be a smaller club..... the diferrence is the money our Chairman parts with, and the lack of Ambition shown.

Plus as others have said, and I've said for 4 seasons, in my opnion we have back room staff who are not competent to sign players or negotiate decent contracts. We've never kept ANY of the really good loan players we've had.

I think to be fair Paul Warne is doing well with what he has.... I'm still disspointed with the club though...

Don't think the actual transfer fees are major problem , I imagine it's the terms players are after.

Just seen that Forest Green have signed Reuben Reid on a two and a half year contract. Does this mean that they are now ready to sell Christian Doigue hopefully to us. Warne intimated a few days ago that he had renewed his interest in the player. I suppose it depends if we are willing to pay the asking price.

When I have seen this lad play,he does not inspire me to think, he would be, what we want.It will show us,how good our coaching staff is with JCH.He looked as fit, as we have seen him and no doubt he was an handful when he came on against Blackburn. We would not need a replacement for KM if Warney could get the best out of this lad.I still think we need to bring some pace in an attacking midfield role. and most certainly a replacement for Richard Wood, time has caught him up.
