To Quote Marilion:

The feeling you get is similar to something like drowning,

Out of your mind, you're out of your depth, you should have taken soundings,

Clutching at straws, we're clutching at straws,

Seen it too many times before. We all know how this story ends. If any Championship club or the likes of Wigan, Blackburn or Charlton want him we are out of the game.

Im expecting no one who will benefit the team long term We seem incapable.of coaching our own youth players yet we seem to be looking at other team youth or has been players These are significant gaps in the squad to cover certain positions i believe Left back 2 perms Right back 1 perm 1 loan Centre half 5 of which 3 play and have played terrible so why has warne restricted his choice to 3 he has sent 1 on loan already and the other maybe going out as well Right wing 3 perms 1 injured Left wing 2 perms 1 never plays Centre midfield 3 perms 1 loan 2 perms are injury proned Strikers 4 perm 1 loan 1 perm injured Loan going back Do i think.we will get significant cover this window no Do i think warne is upto the task of a top 8 finish no

Gaz you've got all the talk but that's all it is. You've abandoned the ship. Reason we never signed Tav's, Dicko ect... is cause look at yourself, our fan base is sh*t. Tony Stewart puts enough in but the Rotherham public back don't back him sufficiently so we are were we deserve in the league we are in, league position.

T71 take a look, a proper look with out the rose tinted glasses on and you will find that a certain Mr Stewart has invested no where near the amount the average RUFC "fan" thinks. Some on here have always seen this some are coming to see this, the rest will have to accept this sooner or later. As for myself, i never got any specks and can see what is happening to MY club and refuse to help the current board deconstruct what I love for their profit.

If you wish to continue to contribute to the Stewart family retirement fund then fill your boots but dont slag me for a decision i have made.

Tony Stewart I know people I can't trust. He isn't one of them. I can't see a problem with him. Any money we make he ploughs it back into the club + his own money. I just don't know what people want.

Back you on this one T71 ,like you I go and support my team because it's in your DNA ,I don't support the chairmen otherwise I would have packed it in years ago I'm sick and tired of all these analysts picking bones out of everything.
Sorry to all you doomsayers but remember you don't pick your team it picks you and you never desert it .

The DNA chat is ok but in football you go backwards very quickly if you don't produce adequate performances. The last two games were painful to watch ! Yes we've seen worse but at least people were held responsible - this period is quickly becoming Pursehouse stagnation.

Ok boys, get yer web browsers out and make some serious enquiries into the investments made by Mr Stewart and his companies. I think you will find “our” stadium is owned by R U Estates, more of that later. So our “new (6 year old)” stadium cost at the time of construction £20 mil. £15 came from grants mainly from Europe. £5 mil was a loan from ADS Liighting. RU Estates were then set up to construct/ manage the stadium. So RUFC are now paying back s loan from one of Sit Tony’s companies reputedly with a £5 mil interest payment + rent at £1.5 mil per year to RU Estates. Now tell me who’s winning here

What's it's matter. In my 50 odd years watching RUFC Tony Stewart has done more for this club than rest of the chairmen put together. He's not bigger than the club but I'm backing the club like I always have done. It's pathetic deserting the club, it's petty. Why post on here. This site is for Rotherham United fans, present. I don't mind someone posting who lives miles away or are former fans not in the best of health. But able bodied you back the club or distance yourself from the club altogether.
