now going to become our fortress? Will the Millers sink all opposition and any pretenders who seek to take the League 1 crown this season? I'd like to think so.

 

 

PS We've only played two League 1 games up to now. There is a long way to go yet.

 

 

PPS I would not bet against the NYS becoming a fortress.

 

PPPS Will the NYS be renamed the New York Fortress in our lifetime?

 

PPPPS I would certainly bet against that happening.

There is a serious point in this though - we do need to be consistent if we want to do anything this year. We can't be winning one week and losing the next. Peterborough will be a good litmus test this weekend - 4-1 away win at the weekend means they are clearly firing. So win that and we could be finally turning a corner. We do have tendency to lost games we shouldn't - remember once going to Oxford when we were top and they were bottom, I took my mate to let him see how awesome we were. We lost 4-0.

It's boils down to having confidence and the belief that we can continue to win more games than last season.

We now have a very good squad who have the ability to surprise a lot of people.

Seriously the bear could win more games this season than last - even as player manager.

I'm still waiting to see a fan with a replica shirt with the 99 number and "Bear" across the shoulders.

Can we have a whip round too to get him some drumming lessons - he only knows one tune!

 Last season i sang " hes only got one song, hes only got one song ", i sit just behind him with his drum.

Miller bear turned around adn shook his head, highlight of the whole season !!!
