I can't believe the commentators fell for the Tony Stewart line 'same budget as Huddersfield'. Don't they know that Tony was talking about Doris the tea lady's teabag allowance.
I also can't believe how Wednesday have played their football this season. With the quality attacking players in their team why play so negatively. If they had gone toe to toe with Huddersfield they would have won easily.
100% agree with Oneaday. By my reckoning they were joint eleventh in the Championship for goals scored. They were pretty dull not only in the two games against Huddersfield but most of the season. For a team that has spent many, many millions on fees and wages for attacking players like Bannan, Rhodes, Forrestieri, Reach, Hooper, Winnall and Rhodes their season overall has to be classed as a massive failure.
And lets not forget they took 3 points from us that they really did not deserve, i.e. the disallowed Rotherham goal and the penalty for them that never was, so you could say what goes around comes around.
