Really showed appreciation lads wait while everyone as gone home before going round pitch , but i suppose it's been like that all season to slow .
Arrogant t***s.
I don't know why anyone hung around - i didn't as i cant see the point in marking the end of such a disastrous season in that way. We have been humiliated this year - let's just put it behind us.

Maybe the players felt the same as we have after such a poor season and therefore, not comng out immediately and applauding everyone as if nothing bad had happened, showed a bit of humility?
You could be right Archie, but for me if they had made the effort throughout the season then maybe it wouldn't have ben so disastrous. We may well have still been relegated, but we could at least made a fight of it.
Having said that, I appreciate its not all their fault what with all the behind the scenes shenanigans and the big, big mistakes made, not least the latest mistake we are going to have to live with, ( and I hope I'm very wrong on that point). But for me this disaster of a season has just emphasised how the game has changed over the last 20 years or so and in general I am fast losing interest in the game as a whole and not just in our club.
I predict that although we are all fed up to the back teeth with this past season, wait until we've had 5/6 weeks of no football, and then the fixture list comes out...... Bet all of a sudden there is a quickening of the pulse and a hope for the forthcoming season.
It will be even more interesting to see if we can catch the games using the new EFL ifollow and a VPN service. Just wish they'd extend it to those that can prove they're geographically no way getting to the games in this country as well as the ex pats
OK, so we might not get the trips to big clubs with big stadia, but will I get the usual feeling of excitement when I see the fixture list for the new season? Of course I will. In some ways it will be refreshing to be in a league where we can realistically hope to compete, without the opposition taking the **** out of the attendance announcement and without fear of a hammering every other week. If (big if) the gamble on Warne pays off and if (bigger if) we get the recruitment right in the Summer, next season might actually be enjoyable. Bring it on!
Agreed smiler. I too have grave doubts about the manager & staff but why not wipe the slate clean, see who we recruit & see what happens, roll on August.
