Just 18 months ago...

We have an increased turnover... and perhaps wasted it on bad choices?

Being propped up by loans again - we all know where that ended up - more expensive that acquiring QPR when we were in L2 !

Prestons wage bill for the same period was exactly the same as ours. Just shows what a decent manager can do.

Hold on a minuet here boys, these figures are up to June 2016. They may include what it cost us for Warnocks services but not the hire of Stubbs, the international forray to Poland, Stubbs Scottish spending spree, Jackets realisation we are a L2 club in a championship mask or anything else related to our disastrous 16/17 season. Likewise it does not include the increased payments from TV rights for 16/17 or the extra from the league. Be interesting to see the numbers June 16 to Feb 17 don't you think ??

Preston North End had a Pre-Tax loss of £4.4M. Better than the previous year which was almost £5M.

They had a turnover of £10.6M. Yes they had a wage bill of £9M and they did recruit better. Trevor Hemmings owns PNE, he`s reputed to be worth £900M, 178th richest person in the country that was according to The Sunday Times Rich List ( no I don`t believe everything I read in a newspaper ) He is very rich though.

Brad, Blackstock`s salary is not in those accounts, he didn`t sign whilst September.

Unfortunately his salary will be included in the next accounts but so should some of the T.V. money.
