4) try been upfront with comments about the budget we don't want specifics but we want realism don't promise a promotion budget and we sign free transfers. you aint selling us lamps you selling us an entertainment product that is looking like a poor working mens club act we want entertainment . don't make me bring tomatoes
5) if you are going with paul warne then spend the extra money on a director of football and some proper coaches who can help him
6) a manager in case you forgot points 1 and 3
7) season ticket incentives such as a free drink or food at the match, pre season budget sales patter wont work
8) get your audio sound system in sync with the screen
9) stop that bloke telling us the team news with a dramatic pause after each player when the stadium is empty

i agree ex, His patter should be pointing out the future of the club as a whole long term plan, surely TS wants to be remembered for the legacy same as Dave Whelan @ Wigan.
I for one need to see changes at all levels before i start getting my hopes up again, this season has scarred me more than i thought.
