Get this fella in now!

Uwe Rosler

Done brilliant at Fleetwood & just what we need to build for future out of league 1.

May have to be quick though as Norway have sights set.

Keep Warney as fitness coach,he's Millers through & through but if the players he has got have not got

the stamina & lungs to start with, how can he be blamed for unfit players.

Its a very long shot but what about Nigel Pearson? He's probably looking for premiership (or at least championship) but hes not getting many offers at the moment and left Derby under a cloud. He's the kind of no nonsense manager we need.

Big Steve had Crawley on the up but he was swayed by the New York, no disrespect to Fleetwood but why not.

Talking about SE. He got us two promotions & looks like he might stand another chance with Mansfield.

After winning at Wembley with the Millers its just a pity he said his biggest achievement in the game was managing Leeds.

Very very poor selection of words, hero to zero springs to mind.

Bloody hell I did say it was a long shot as he's a bit of a bad boy now and probably avoided by big guns. Also NP is hardly Pep now is he lol

The reasons why Kenny Jacket left will have done the Managerial bush telegraph rounds by now and I expect that just about anybody who is anybody in the footballing world will know all about RUFC.

I think it will take an awful amount of jingly jangly to lure anyone of any standing to come to us, that is anyone who has integrity and a bit of self respect to protect. I fear we will have become something of a poisoned chalice to many.

I just hope we can be lucky enough to catch some up and coming guy who is determined and hungry enough to give us a go.

What about Mark McGhee? Just got the bullet in Scotland, but has a lot of experience in England with Reading, Millwall etc.

I agree though, we will be a bit of a "last resort" for decent managers given the KJ reign of 39 days and *still* unexplained exit (gagging order?)

I was thinking Pearson had become "persona non grata" in the footballing world.
