Season Written Off

Seeing a bit of this about now and the message from the club seems to suggest this. However, if they have written it off will I be getting half of my season ticket(s) cost back? I paid because we are a competing club - I'm not a dumb benefactor who is expected to just turn up and consume whatever is presented to me - I pay to see a competitive outfit trying their hardest and not a club that's accepted (in January) that we are ****** so nothing matters until next year. It's a bit rich having a reluctant fitness coach as the "manager" but to lob in the towel is a slap in the face for the fans. Are they suggesting we don't bother turning up until next year when we can have a proper go at it???

The season was over for me when we lost at home to Leeds.

I was one of the many who left the ground at half time.

It's now become embarrassing.

I'd like to see a clear out of staff at the club as well as players, some of the actions and comments and lack of any level of business common sense and failure again and again and again in the transfer market beggars belief.... it's shocking, we need a complete clear out and get some proper football business minded ambitious and capable people in....

A journo has just tweeted that we've agreed a three year deal with some bozo subject to a medical. Will we EVER learn?? Three year deals are far too much of a risk if the player concerned turns into a crock of sh y te...eg Blackstock!!
BTW I wholeheartedly agree with every word Davidedin said in the previous post.

Brad if he's a young up and coming prospect you would give him a years contract? Then let him go for free? We need players on 3 year contracts to gel as a team. Barnsley players all signed on 3 year contracts. Show some foresight, let's get them in develope and sell on as per Danny Ward.

I agree Fliker and I dont think it helps when fans describe a new player as a "bozo" when they dont even know who he is. What a poor negative comment that was. Snd before Brad tells me he seen it all before I saw my first millers game 55 yrs ago and not missed many since

Brad's allowed his point of view and tbh the majority of the last 30 players we've signed could wear Bozo on their shirt, and presumably this one's been selected by our average fitness coach acting as manager. This era has gone to rat **** and it's underpinned by stupid decisions and false promises. There's no more honesty with the fans than their was under Booth - premiership challenge my arse. Also you haven't got to have been going since 1925 to have a say, doesn't matter if you started last August there's no hierarchy in a club's fan base.

Here Here (from a Miller whose first game was in the 1959-60 season) And as I've said before, apart from NYS which I understand isnt 'ours', the club is no further forward now than it was under Booth at Millmoor. I honestly thought we were entering a new era but sadly we've all been here before too many times to hope for anything different.
