There's lot's of media stuff that Leeds want Ward, so why not sell Ward and include Diago as part of the deal?, it came into my head straight away but I can betcha nobody from our wonderful backroom staff think to do anything so bold (or common sense...)...

Wouldn't want to sign Diagouraga, be 30 next on his way down the leagues.

The problem in trying to sign Diagouraga on a permanent basis could well be his wage demands. At least taking him on loan would enable us to take a good look at him and see if he fits in. Plus any loan deal will probably involve Leeds paying part of his wages. I happen to believe that he is the type of midfielder that we need particularly if we consider Frecklingtons frequent injury absences. If things work out well maybe there might then be some basis to discuss a permanent signing.
