Nothing that I can see in Joe's article suggests that this info came from us, nor that we have even commented on the reported interest, nor that it is even necessarily accurate.
This has been covered on other threads, but the rush to be first with news and the impatience of supporters for news makes it so easy for players, clubs and agents to play the media. To the point that (no offence Joe) when I read articles like this linking us with player transfers my first thought is that I'll believe it when I see it and not before.
