I haven't seen enough from Odemwingie to persuade me we should take him on beyond December. He has played about 180 minutes total. In his first sub appearance he looked really good. Since then he got a stupid red card and let us down, ruled himself out for three games and been a bit part player. He obviously has some pedigree and ability but personally I would let him go and look elsewhere.

What's he done wrong? He got himself sent out of character with his career. It was just a case of not a player who challenges in the air putting his arm up to protect himself.
Would you sooner play Blackstock to weaken the side. I'd keep Odemwingie for rest of the season. We've only got D Ward & Izzy at the moment as well good enough.

He did not put his arms up to protect himself !! He looked at the Leeds player jumped and swung an elbow at him!! Do that in the street and you'd be done for assault !! Not the sort of example to be setting to young fans and not welcome in football at any level
I think they will extend him to the end of the season given Danny is off to Ipswich any day now. Wouldn't surprise me if Izzy went back. Dael Fry (remember him?) back to Boro. Adeyemi will stay. This is the first window I can remember where this board hasn't been awash with rumours of who we are getting in, just who we are likely to lose. Sign of the times I suppose.
