In Tony we trust????

mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm?

Tony Stewart & therefore RUFC have officially lost the plot Blackpoolesque style, I SERIOUSLY fear for the future of the club. Despite the Chairman's "Record transfer bid" blah blah rhetoric, I think we're broke (again) due to that nice Mr Stubbs putting 30something hasbeens on three year contracts on big money (relatively for us). RUFC are certainly a very difficult club to support right now & I confidently expect gates to half before the end of the season, Stewart to appoint (& then sack) another couple of muppets by then..................
Evidence abounds that we haven't got a pot to **** in, the lack of infrastructure (shop units, training ground etc) should be a clue as should the lack of actual transfer FEE money spent.
Don't misinterpret my post, the journey we've all been on since Tony took the reins has been nothing short of astonishing, but something at the back of my mind can see it crashing back down with devastating & potentially fatal results for the club, melodramatic? yes, but I can't help being one of lifes pessimists ...hope I'm wrong.

Brad, Stubbs brought in what he was allowed to bring in on the budget given to him. It would appear that budget was 1/4 of **** all. This resulted in a squad, not a startin 11 of but a squad of ****e. We still have a sauad of ****e and come January will be given a budget to replace ****e with ****e !!
