He has got to go today. It is long overdue - I would have sacked him 4 games ago. Even if we beat Reading it will be a false dawn.

I truly believe we have enough quality in the squad to keep us up. I hope we don't mess around for 2 weeks interviewing candidates. We've spoken to them all before, so just appoint one.

I don't care who the next manager is, They can't be worse than the current one.
