Ok, so we have the usual simulation etc - try and think of things that are a bit more unusual.
Mine, - if a manager is sent to the stand why the hell is he allowed to hook up a mic etc and still relay instructions? - The whole point of sending a manager off is so he can't do that.
Although I may add, no chance of AS getting sent off, I don't think the officials know he's there!
Player having to leave pitch after treatment for a genuine injury - so you crocked our player and YOU get the advantage. If ref gives a free kick player should be allowed to stay on pitch.
Bookings for goal celebrations - it's a passionate game FFS
Like that S8, its certainly a loop hole to play against 10 men for a minute or two.
NY - wouldn't that have to apply throughout your own half? - what if said offence took place near the half way line and you had say a Stephen Kelly (sprinting - yeah right) towards goal and a Marcus Rashford catching him up? - Maybe an extra line would have to be drawn on the pitch say 30 yards out or whatever.
Nell - sometimes they get it right?! - I don't think they should announce an MOM if you lose, kinda makes the announcer look stupid
Allowing overhead kicks. They are dangerous. Nani got sent off in a Champions League match a few years ago when all he did was raise his leg to control a ball. Costa just scored from one whilst taking a Swansea's players head off.
Whatshisface scored one for Arsenal yesterday. Should have been a free kick all day long, especially as a Southampton head was inches and nano seconds away from connecting with the ball
They should stop having half-time. This spoils the game. Both teams should play for the full ninety minutes.
On top of that there should be a maximum of five substitutions.
Players to take on board liquid refreshment any time during the ninety minutes.
That should sort out the referees' fitness levels.
I could then be able to get home well before midnight.
Kicking the ball out if an opposition player is down. Might seem unsporting, but the amount of times we're in a good position only to kick it out for them to give it back to our keeper is frustrating.
I like the idea of more subs - not that we'd use them, but having the option would be nice. Saying that Man Utd would just employ a second half eleven and replace all the team if it was unlimited!
