He doesn't sound confident in many places in the interview, confirmed the policy of getting the average age down and Richie going was AS decision apparently. Got to give him credit for not interfering but also with so little experience he could do with support from other chairman so he knows when to step in and say no/yes/you are fired. Think he misses SE.
