ok. all pretty dire and would like to see a few more 3s on there.

Jon Taylor deserves a 6 at least. he made mistakes but he at least chased so a bit harsh on him.

Difficult to assess players' performances in a match of two distinct periods. Before Barnsley's first goal, most players would have deserved average marks. Afterwards, and arguably when it really matters, Joe's marks are about right. Perhaps introduce a new assessment for 'bottle' and see how many of our new midfielders score over two? I personally wouldn't be too critical about our back 4. As in previous games, Brentford in particular, the midfield has stood off so far and lacked any authority placing the back line under immense pressure. If fitness allows Frecklington and Adeyemi to play against Bristol City I think we'll see more steel and the back 4 can be assessed more fairly. Time to move on - onwards and upwards!

Agree especially on the back four
