I agree. Looking at the fixtures at the start of the season I thought it'd go as follows...

Wolves (H) - Draw

Villa (A) - Lose

Brighton (A) - Lose

Brentford (H) - Draw

Barnsley (A) - Win

Did anyone really think we'd get anything away at Villa and Brighton?

Granted the level of goals conceded is a concern and the cup defeat to Morecambe was embarassing but when do we ever do well in the League Cup!?
