Best run club in the Championship

If you have any doubt that we support the best run club in the Championship, have a look at:

http://swissramble.blogspot.co.uk/search/label/England

We are the only club with zero debt.  The average debt is about £40million

Brighton are in deepest: £148 million but this is only because Bolton took their £195million debt into League 1.

And just shows how good we are at running the club, commercial revenue is up there with the big boys in mid table position.

Notice how the badly run clubs like blackpool and Bolton did not state their figures on nearly all the comparison charts.

And Bournemouth !!!! gambled and got away with it, £40 million gamble t get £160miliion per season, and untouchable in the PL.

They have a transfer embargo waiting for them when they drop down.

Nothing short of a miracle.

and as Worcester points out what can be done is being done by the club with the very strong commercial revenue showing.

Maybe it's because we don't update who has won the 50-50 or millers mayday. Maybe they keep it after a week. Just saying.

Brilliant article, not only does it show what a steady ship we have, but how we're breaking the mould to not debt finance. We keep saying this each season, but it absolutely cannot continue and each year the dam inches towards the top and a lot are going to fall over the top. Football clubs should be run as a not for profit business and it appears we're doing that. If that means an eventual tumble to L1 so be it, but carry on doing what we're doing and we will eventually take the place of those that go to the wall.

I think the most incredible statistic there is that RUFC had an 11m turnover in 2014/2015 and SWFC only had 15m. Not a MASSIVE gap.

I looked at that stat Heman, and couldnt beleive it, doesnt make sense.

They have 100% more season ticket holders than ourselves, ticket prices are similar.

Unless the thai fisherman is fiddling the books for tax purposes.
