In case you haven't noticed, the natives are getting restless. 3 years and 4 managers worth of failed promises, bidding for this player funds for that. Ground expansions and filled outlets. Guest & Chrimes over and over. Pushes for mid table and Premiership football. These have been offered to us your loyal paying supporters over and over. It's all getting a little stale now. The cherry on top, blaming your recently appointed manager for not furthering the bids on players we have been courting for weeks and then cancelling a friendly against league 2 opposition because we do not have enough fit players. One word, embarrassing.
If you are serious in what you say, if you are serious about having 8000 season ticket holders, if you want RUFC to be that solid championship team something has to change. A new attitude has to be sort. We can not continue to loose out on not even top drawer players to rival teams over the amounts being banded about.
Well put that man, except it's lose out on & not loose out on but that's me being picky.
I too am getting sick of the empty soundbites coming from the Chairman's office. We all know what he's done for the club & we're eternally grateful, but we're also well aware that Mr Stewart cannot continue to progress the club on his own, & deep down even though Mr Stewart thinks he's saying the right things to appease the supporters, even the most optimistic Miller must realise this is utter c**p. Unless Mr Stewart gets investment from elsewhere not only to improve the playing staff at the club, but also & perhaps more importantly the infrastructure of the club, we will become once again a lower league club.
Easy when it's not your money, yes we put in a few hundred but would you want to put in several hundred thousand . If Stewart leaves then what will happen. Nice to have a winge though, we all need one. Just relax enjoy and don't get on his back.
How can you say that Ian? We have cancelled a warm up with Grimsby because we don't have a team and we are 3 weeks away from the start of our campaign in one of the toughest Championship seasons ever, I'd say much has gone wrong.

Thats right Fliker its not ALL my money, every time Mr Stewart is criticised the "its not your money" comes into play. I might not plough in 10's of 1000's personally but - 2 x pint of beer £7.20. 1 hotdog £3.40, 1 matchday program £3, 1 return rail ticket £7. £21 per home game, 23 home games £435 per season, add a season ticket £910. Now word has it there are 7.5K or more like me so thats £6,816,000 per season of you, me and the rest of the loyal millers fans without whom Mr Stewart would not have a football club in which to invest.
Now I respect your comment but we the fans have as much in the club as our millionair chairmen but our stake I would say is a bigger proportion of our annual salary.
