I particularly like the one where a player who is injured during a red or yellow card incident (the victim) can be treated on field and not have to leave the field of play.

Thats really going to help fair play and entertainment...if they must insist on taking more control how about an offending player is simply not eligible for the first half.
I dont believe it evens its self out either if you seem to be on the wrong end of decisions over a season.
The refs need help, the amount of money in the game now, even in the championship is immense, an incorrect decision is going to cost some clubs millions.
