Are we safe?

As the hours have ticked by since that great win at MK souless,   I have grown more assured we are safe.

Is there any one else who will say it?

I think its safe to say we are Ian given the fixtures facing MK and Charlton (not the maths) That said If we win on Saturday and MK lose I'm sure cigar sales will increase in the l Rotherham area

Personally I don't think MK Dons will get nine more points. Charlton are a bigger threat because they have some form but can they get ten more? Again I doubt it. And anyway we will add to our total. So we will be safe - but I'm not celebrating just yet!

I'm in agreement - I think we're good for at least 4 more points, and it's that which will be too much for Charlton or MK Pointless. I'll also stick my neck out and by 9.30pm on Tuesday those in attendance will be celebrating royally!

not certain but would be gutted if we didn't make it now. Two months ago would have said we were doomed.

https://m.oddschecker.com/m/football/english/championship/relegation You can get to be relegated odds of 40/1 Rotherham and 1/50 MK, and you will never meet a poor bookie! Mathemarically no, but probability wise yes.

I think we are in a similar situation to Leicester City fans, it would take a major disaster for us to go down now (or not to win the Premiership in Leicester's case) but, I don't want to say "we are safe" just yet in case, however unscientific it may sound, I jinx it!
So for me, until it is a mathematical certainty, its all to play for in the next 5 games.

Agreed. Because of my eternal pessimism, until the evil franchise can no longer catch us I'll not say we're safe. It'd be nice to put it to bed sooner rather than later though, & I'd love us to beat Forest as I haven't seen us beat them in my lifetime, & I'm bloody old!!!!

Didn't we beat Forest in a warm up game for the Championship when we got promoted? (Albeit not competitive as in a league game)

thats right.

Just watched the latest K. Robinson interview and he believes they can win 4 of their last 5 and stay up.
