He has certainly earned my respect. It hasn't been only the results it's been the manner in which he has spoken since day one. He is easily the best manager I have heard in a Rotherham shirt. His ability to keep feet on ground while motivating is an art form. I'm sure he is a natural unlike those who go to seminars and coaching schemes and basically get most of what they are from there.
Here, here, Ian. the modern game seems to have killed off the old style manager for someone who seem to be too serious, results are what count, keeping league status, the fans through the turnstiles and the sponsorship money rolling in. The pressure is on.
Warnock seems unconcerned about all that, unconcerned about the pressure its all about lets go out there show em what we're made of and lets enjoy it. He uses that word a lot, I'm enjoying it. No B.S, a smile on the face and enjoy the game.......fantastic
