it shows what a poor manager Redfearn is, he had the chance to bring Halford in after Evans had screwed it up, but he listened to Black a bloke that can fail in multiple languages
Well that may be the case derby but he didn't perform for Evans either, in fact I'd say the rot set in while Evans was manager, he who signed him, then played him out of position and then took the captaincy from him. The mindset was already negative when Redfearn came in to be fair and its my guess he decided on the easiest option of shipping him out. And lets be honest most of us were disappointed when he didnt go at the end of January
Good points Towdlad. Time can be a great healer but it was all a bit raw when Redfearn came in and Halford wanted to leave. He said so. In fact he did leave to Brum and said how much he wanted to stay there. Bit rough to blame Redfearn for this one.
He did play rubbish as did collin. It got so bad that no matter how many games he got he got worse with every game. And then the captaincy was taken too. Quite a blow to anyones ego.
Redders comes in and it just continues.
NW comes in and its not just Halford that seems to benefit
