Well, I had a great day in Edinburgh at the Calcutta Cup, only to be ruined by the Millers.. I lost sleep last night worrying about it, I sincerely hope the Manager and Players are not sleeping well either cos I want to see them hurting as much as us fans after two terrible results...
So - what happened that Bechhio was not in the squad and, I thought about 5 weeks ago, Best had 'two weeks' before he was back ????
It's just so ****ing depressing at the moment..... :(

weird in't it.such is the life of being a football supporter.we are getting to the stage of having more non-playing staff than available bodies.look on the brightside-you had a great day in Edinburgh,I went to bolton!. I'm jealous.
Judging by Redfearns post match interview he doesn't seem overly concerned which is worrying. According to him we are getting better and on the whole performing well which I disagree with.
I can't help but think that even when Best & Becchio are fully fit (if we ever see that) they will be warming the bench along with Derbyshire and Clarke-Harris, whilst he persists with the ineffective Danny Ward upfront on his own.
Very very difficult not to fear the worse at the minute I'm afraid.
As some have pointed out the recruitment has been average to dire. So much for the technical team or whatever it's called
It's amazing that Redfern isn't to blame.
It's just as amazing how in our second season Tony and the decision makers aren't to blame either.
It's wrong all wrong.
As supporters we hope of course but let's not kid ourselves. We have a decision to make and it comes to this. Now Redfern is clearly not an improvement on SE and now the board has made serious mistakes what should be done.
I understood the Best and Kelly signings. Remember that at the time we were desperate for some new blood, and free agents were all that were available. Presumably our medical team did all the appropriate checks, they trained with us for a time, and after the Leeds win they looked like good signings. Is it anyone's fault they have been injured since? I don't know. Their track record says maybe we could have seen it coming but as I said presumably some medical expert gave them the all clear. Becchio - alarm bells ring because of his history but its only one game missed so far. To be fair to Redfearn he was hardly given blank cheques to throw around in January. He has had to shuffle the pack with frees and loans and get some high earners out at the same time. As many have said before, better that than go bust again but that is the reality.
It is really frustrating because the 3 players injured, Best Becchio and Kelly when fit are a big improvement on what we've got ..we just havent had chance to play them often enough.
Especially when we need them fit for the run of tough games coming up.
