Im actually worried a little now.
Im not sure whats coming in and I dont think Redfern is too...We can control what goes out but not what comes in.
Most of what I see happening is what normally happens at the end of a season and during pre season and the list of injuries to key players is alarming. I think Redfearn is doing all he can under the cir***stances
depends on your views on how well redfearn does his job, the desire of the players etc
I am not surprised myself as I think the club decided not to over commit the day they appointed redfearn and so won't bring players in until they can reduce the budget, he thought he would have players in within the first few days and the technical board have done nothing, I wouldn't be surprised if redfearn is quite shocked.

My view financial security comes first
I think end of Jan will tell us a lot about Redfearn, the clubs view/situation on Finances and our short to medium term prospects.
If we get Best fit, sign Becchio and get to keep our better loan people and add a few more, that's a pretty good return in my opinion and an indication the Manger and club are working ok together. Looks like this comes at the expense of losing a few (White already gone, prob Halford and Bowery will go out in a similar way - no fee but we lose their wages cost, Maguire out on loan..) that's probably not cost us much, but it shows we are trying.
That might give us a fighting chance of staying up, at the very least we can then judge Redfearn on the basis it will be his team and judge him on merit.
If we don't do all of the above, signs are we are set for League 1, the club have no interest in ANY risk, and the worry is then that Redfearn will have nothing available to him close season and doesn't really mean he's ever been dealt a fair set of cards to play with.
