plan for next season

there is no way we will stay up we are awful, so what we need to do is not waste half a season becoming a club that is unprepared. Manager, coach, fitness coach (look at the injuries) and goalkeeping coach all need to go.

Bring in a manager that has a league 1 promotion on his cv (ideally more than 1) and use jan to prepare for next year, by doing that we may even hit the promotion form required now to stay up (however unlikely)

Redfearn says himself that he is a championship man (lol) so what use will he be in League 1, if we go into next year with balck and redfearn then we will do a yeovil

My doubts have never gone away.

The things that I thought I saw early on are mounting up.

Its a tad depressing.

The apologists will drag out the same defense.

Fact is, his 11 games or whatever it is have been dismal.

He has thus far been a miserable failure.

im annoyed but TS has set us on a course that is difficult to turn from now.

I hope Redders can turn it around.
instill belief.
take a risk.
get solid
